If your talking about the D15B VTEC the blocks are all the same, the differance is the crank. It has D16 rod journal diameters with D15 main jounal sizes. So basicly the blocks are all the same.

What is the difference in the JDM D15B and USDM D15B2 blocks. If both were bare what would be the difference?

close but u also have to add the jdm D15 doesnt use the standard 1.5 water pump uses the z6
