So this is for the every day use of the car, What is your current power for a daily driver?

We can all agree that the civic came under powered. The 98 LX (I own this) was 106 hp and 103 torque weighing in at 2410 lbs. That's a power ratio of .0427 (torque / weight).

I also own a tired Evo 8 with 169,9xx miles on the clock. Dynoed last year at 228 hp and 223 torque, it sits at a .0717 ratio. And it still feels like a raped date which i daily while the civic is in the air.

So the question arises, What are people running for their daily drivers?
What is your weight, torque and ratio and how does it feel in the day to day driving?

5G Prelude: 155 ft lb / 3100 lb = 0.05

Accord Type R : 164 ft lb / 2880 lb = 0.0569

Both work well as daily drivers. The ATR drinks a little more, but not by much.

'06 Lexus IS350 - Flywheel HP rated conservatively @ 306; no personal dyno graphs for my car yet. Waiting until after the PPE headers are installed!

After driving this RWD platform for 4yrs now, I've come to a conclusion that 300whp is about the perfect real-world RWD hp for the street on a daily basis...for me. But of course this is a Lexus, which is over-weight and over-loaded with unnecessary options. 11.7:1 power to weight ratio; a far cry from the 5:1 my boosted Civic had. LOL! Though not small by any means, and any Miata/S2000/etc can out-handle it in the corners, I've yet to be beaten off the line to 60 in the dry; rough 0-60 I've calculated AND been measured at the track is 5 seconds flat.

05 Dodge Magnum RT. 340hp/390tq, ~4300lbs (she's a big bitch). Current mods: CAI, SRT8 midpipe-back exhaust, Diablo tuner (93 CAI tune), so probably closer to 360-370hp/400-410tq. How does she feel going down the road? Pretty damn comfortable. Suspension is compliant, yet still firm. Tons of space for days. MPG is low to mid 20's for highway driving (not the best, but not too bad for a big, heavy, V8). She's not rocket ship, but the torque is stupid fun and she'll still get her fat, happy ass up to 130+ (rather quickly). Even with ESP on, she still likes to hang the ass end out on occasion (driver induced 99.999% of the time).
