I'm working on an e85 set-up right now. I'm shooting for a mild 200whp or whatever my fuel set-up limits me to (for now).

D16Y7 longblock
PM6 w/ TurboEdit
Innovate LC-1 Wideband
DSM 450s
Walbro 255-hp
SLS manifold
Custom 2.5 -> 3" downpipe
Custom 3" side-exit exhaust
Custom 2.5" i/c piping
Master Power T3/T4 50 trim, .63 a/r
Tial 38mm
Tial BOV
Vibrant 18" x 6.5" x 3.25" Bar & Plate intercooler

And later:

CP Pistons
Eagle Rods
ARP Head Studs

^^awesome!! what are the hp limits of the 450s when using E85? i know that it takes more fuel to make the same power, so im guessing mid-200s will be close to maxed out
Yep exactly, I'm thinking right around 200whp, but we'll see. Unfortunately my decision to run TurboEdit limits me to 450s, so over the winter once the new bottom end goes in I'll have to switch to something else and in the process convert to OBD1. A new pump and lines will probably also be needed to support more power. Once that's all upgraded the next goal will be 300-350whp on e85.

Yeah there's I think 6 stations within 5 miles from my house

I might run a Moates 2Timer with TurboEdit: one map for e85 and one for regular gas. That way I can just flip a switch to change my tune if there's no e85 anywhere. Easy!
