this isn't a recipe that I created myself, but damn if it's not the juiciest way to cook a turkey breast.

3-5 lbs turkey breast
1 Tbs freshly minced parsley
1 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs margerine
1/4 cup 'garden vegetable' flavored cream cheese
1/2 tsp rubbed sage
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed basil
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Mix parsley, soysauce, margerine, cream cheese, sage, pepper, basil, thyme, and garlic powder together in a small bowl until a creamy texture is achieved. Rinse THAWED 3-5 lb turkey breast and place it into crockpot. Coat turkey with mixture inside and out, use it all, even if you have to just simply put the excess in the crockpot...lol Place the lid on the crockpot and turn it on LOW for 12 hours.
If this isn't the juiciest turkey you've ever had....you did it wrong!LOL

enjoy

You can eat all that white creamy cheese you desire.......might as well toss in cottage cheese as well.
