i did a auto to manual conversion. when the car is not running you can put the car in gear all day long. when you start the car and try to put the car in gear, you cant get it in gear? the clutch wont disengage enough. with a old worn out clutch it will work. with new aftermarket clutch, it wont disengage? i put on a new slave no fix. i made a longer rod for the slave, no fix. bled the system 3 times no air in lines at all. so i am down to bent clutch fork?

what is wrong?

help
