i started my car today,and it was skippin' like crazy.I've checked the plugs and wires,they are fine,dist. cap is in ok shape. Is there anything i'm looking over that you guys could think of. just holla and let me know

Take off the dizzy cap and check to make sure that everything is tight and the rotor is in good condition. You may need to replace the distributor. Do you think its just misfiring on one cylinder or all 4? If it seems to be all four then you can eliminate it being the plugs, wires and dizzy cap and focus more on the pickup coil, rotor, and basically the whole distributor. Also, first check to make sure your timing is ok.
