need help with choosing a turbo that i won have to replace in a year from now when i get better internals. 200+ whp is goal

alright to everyone talks about the compressor but no one ever talks about the turbine or its a/r. i have decided to look for a 57 trim compressor wheel, a/r still undecided.

my real question is what turbine wheel and housing is going to push boost around 35-45 im always on the freeway and my 5th gear is at 3500 at 75-80 mph and i dont want to be putting that pressure on my motor.

OR maybe this is easier to answer what compressor and, turbine wheel and a/r's are most efficient for what im looking for.

i have a guy that rebuilds them so im going cheap and used and keeping patient

A t3/t4 in any variation would be fine. You're not going to fine one with some outrageous a/r so don't worry about that. If you go bigger then you run into the issue of ridiculous turbo lag (i.e gt42) and the only way you're going to be boosting in 5th gear cruising down the highway is if you have a turbo off a hot wheels car.
