Ok I know I will probably get flamed for the question. I did some basic searching and didn't see what I was looking for.

I am building a Honda-Challenge 4 legal engine. To do that I am building it to the limit of the rules. Blue printing, gasket matching, over bore .040, weighing 22 rods at the Honda dealerships to find the absolute lightest stock rod so I can get them all balanced to that weight, but I do have a problem. I can bump the compression .5 over stock. How much should I take off the head to achieve that?
