what clutch do u guys preffer.i run a clutchmasters right now but all my friends run act.let me know what u think

i like act as well. it all depends on what disk you want to run. if you want to run a street/strip disk that is sprung then go for the act, they are the shit. but if you want to use a puck disk then i suggest one that has a sprung hub. clutchnet.com also has some nice stuff. i'm thinking of going with the 6 puck sprung hub with a stock pressure plate. i use on my RX-7's a 4 puck sprung hub with a stock pressure plate and it bites really hard.

let us know more about your set up and what you want to do with the car.

My Clutchmasters Stage I has held 150lbs. of torque at the wheels, daily-driven for half of a year. Needless to say, the stock clutch didn't last long with that torque... lol

My Clutchmasters Stage 1 has held everything I could throw at it. It's been through NA and boost hell.

sum thing horrble just happened today.my clutchmasters just took a shit on me.all the springs on the disc came out and were broken into 258367578996132 pieces.looks like im going to try an act now.

ACT use the same Honda dealer Pressure Plate,but the clutch disc are OK. I have a CenterForce P.P. with ACT 4 puck disc. Want some serious grip?Good luck and secure the dashboard...
