Hey im new here, just wanted to share some pics.. Know its not your style with your JDM conditions, but let me know what you think. Plans for this summer is to completly remake this car. Stock rearbumber with lip, JDM tails, Clear "jdm" black headlights with jdm ambers, volk or work rims 16". And a kopper/bronze/gold color instead. But here is what it looks like atm.











Flame away:hammer: And as i said, it will be totally re done for the summer for a more clean look, but as for know, this is the "trend" in Scandinavia.

Yeah i bought it like this, only way cause it was sold with turbo mounted (and i was noob at turbo), later i found out it was a shit system they had put together, so rounded up remaking the hole engine (with more to come). So i might as well should have started with a stock civic, and boosted it myself, but hey, now I know that for the next time:- )

The tails are pretty much ugly, cant wait to it is finished with its new looks.

Yes.. I bought it at the beginning this year, and has been remaking the hole engine the entire year. So know i better start with the exterior.

When i bought it, it was running with a crooked t25, stock exhaust (?), mf2 and stock injectors and IC rest was stock.

so im asueming you removed the turbo and put every thing back to normal/stock spec?,or did you do so upgrading?
should of just red you sig.
I removed the old t25 and put in a new t25. And then the rest you can see in my signature its been upgradet with.

Well my old stock tranny blew a whole, so needed a new one and came across the dx with 200rpms longer in 4. and 5. and since I do a lot of highway I got it. Runs okay right know with around 180hp/240torque, but Im in the middle of making a 3" downpipie, and 3" exhaust (2" atm.). And then new IC piping, camshaft, camgear, valvetrain and valves and at last a bigger turbo.

a t25 on a built motor? :hammer: Better work ok swappin that shit out.... Good luck on the rebuild
What do you mean "built motor"? T25 is okay for now, and it runs 8psi at 3200rpms, and i like the quick spoolup. Nothing worse than a 350hp civic with minute lag.

you got ARP headstuds? with that setup you could easily top those injectors out with a decent turbo. i would recomend a .48 .60 60 trim. fast spooling and support 350 horse. get some 750cc injectors, retune and call it a day. then go drive over a few curbs and rip that back bumper off. dont you just hate it when someone molds shit.
No dont got the ARPs, but Im buying Crower Cam, AEM adj. cam gear, Crower valvetrain (as for now), and then Im also getting the ARPs. I would like a bigger Turbo after that, Im thinking a GT28 with a 25 exhausthouse should do the trick ?? I got both stock rear and front laying around. Im deff changing the rear (and adding a lip), but I think I will keep my front bumber (the white one, not the blue one) and my sides. Why would you get 750cc they are a bit to big imo.

As for the tranny. The DX works fine for me on the highway, and doing Qerts how much do you really need your 4. gear to be 200rpms lower...

Thnx, also have a megan 2,5" catback, "mugen" frontlip, typeR rear lip on the way. Gonna make a 3" downpipe next week.

Got the new lips

Got the new Megan 2,5" catback (even if its not 2,5 ALL the way :bull: )



Well, tryid to install the catback yesterday. Had forgotten to order a cat replacement, so i thought i was lucky when my friend had one from his B-series I could have. But shit doesnt fit, it's missing like 3 inches at the last bend to go over the axel?? How can this be when a B cat is longer than a D? Whell, since Megan already have made a 1,5" flance at the flances to the rear pipe i'm gonna cut that of so i can have 2,5" all the way.

Buttom line... I only got my midpipe exchanged (old one was 2") and put my old Apexi n1 back on. Damn it spools much better now!! Cant wait to next week when we are gonna make a 3" dp...!

so u had shaved door handles......and u put dooor handles back?
yes sir. shaved doors SUCK!!! Imagine, no handles, you forget to turn of your headlights = no battery = no opening doors. Or -10 degrees, doors frozen so you cant open them.

well, ever since i got the car (im on my 3. T25 Garrett) i never had it above 0,6bar for some reason, and thats with the wg completly closed, so im hoping the current dp is the reason why it wount make more psi/bar. Otherwise it must be the spring, but it ran 0,9bar on my friends s13, its a garrett t2525 stock s13 turbo.

For all the better looking comments, thnx eventhough i don't think its that hot in red/green/pearlblue/black and ugly rims.:D

Looks like you're making good progress on that car. I also have a Megan Racing catback. I really like the sound on my z6 so im sure you'll be happy with it. Also can't help you much with the cat. issue because im not running one (YAY for no emissions testing in Nebraska) Good luck with the project
Thanks ! Well, i'm not running cat either, but therefore you still have to have a replacement on ?? Can't wait untill the weekend where i get my 3"dp, and the rest of the exhaust installed:- )

can you link me to those tails. All I can find are cheapo looking version that don't follow the same lines with a separation in the revers and turn lights.

Don't got a link right here. Just search for "JDM" red white tails. I think i bought mine from acemotors.

how is the quality on them? Do they fit in the hatch, cause everyone I see says 2/4 door, and some specifically say doesn't fit hatch.
Quality is good, of course you have to seal them with silicone or something like that, so no water is running in to them. But that is kinda natural on aftermarket lights. Try searching for 'acemotors' as i wrote he sells them.

Small update...

Got some parts for my new custom 3" dp we are gonna make tomorrow.



New T25 flance, 2x2,5" flances, 8meters powerwrap and bolts, and 3-2,5" conus...

Cant waint to try it when its done :p
