For starters, its a d16y8 converted to obd1 in a 92 eg. The purpose of the chipping kit is to put a d16y8 basemap onto the obd1 ecu. Difference being vtec, and the y8 rev limit of 7200 instead of the b7's limit of 6500.

Neither of those things work. vtec is nonexistent, and the rev limiter is still the b7's of 6500, not 7200. What could possible be wrong?

yes, and yes. I'm sure vtec isnt working bc i dont ahve a vtec dizzy. but what about my rpms. whats the deal?

Well that's good on the dizzy. I didn't want to buy another.

I don't have the capability to burn EPROMs.
