Changing oil with a blow headgasket?

I know that my headgasket is blown and I wouldnt doubt that my head is cracked too. It drives fine, I just have to put anti-freeze in it every week or so. My question is should I even bother changing my oil since its just going to end up getting mixed with anti-freeze anyways?
