What's the consensus on this build?

Twin weber DCOE 45's
Pm1g pistons in my Y8 block
Bisi level 2 cam in my Y7 head
Bisi V2 ceramic manifold.

i do not understand that word "consenus", but if you just want advice than here's my .02cents, peope can correct it, i''m just stating the facts about it, well my facts..

bisi makes carb manifolds of d-series?
...
check compression, belts, etc.. Mobil one oil oil filter, high flow fuel filter, NgKs Tune up

carbs+filters= lil longer llfe motor..

you got to tune the carbs perfect, and that takes time.. the hate climate changes.

90+octane/ hi compression "you know that"

upgrade valvetrain for proper setup, "not just grabbing a cam with a stock Y7 head"

arp bolts to be safe about it.

Adjustable cam gear

upgrade fuel system, run individual fuel pressure regulators..

won't have the best mpg... be like driving a stock Rx-7 FC

2-2.25" exhaust system, performance header...

won't be the best dd.. alot of work is needed to run correct. timing is one.

build your car like trans, braking, suspension, aero, around the motor..

Thats all i got. lol, i'd rather do obx itbs...:sweatdrop:

Thanks for your advise.

I'm already running the carbs and have a custom 2.25" exhaust. The manifold is for the exhaust (header).

Y8 heads flow better, but if you don't want vtec put the y7 valve train in the y8 head. More air flow means more powah!!!
