its possible, but you need another ecu and dizzy
my d15b is running on a Y8 intake and exhaust manifold with the Y8 ECU and wiring harness
ok i have the y8 intake manifold and ecu. but can i cut and rewire my wireing harnest to work with the y8 ecu?

if so does anyone know how to rewire it?
the y8 ecu is an vtec ecu, you will get codes on the d15b2 engine
how do i make the y8 manifold work on my d15b then?
what all do i need?
well AND you just cant plug in a OBD2 ecu into an OBD0 car. get the PM6 (88-91 Civic/CRX Si) ECU and the same disty. then you have to run 4 wires (2 for the disty and 2 for the other 2 fuel injectors) to make it work.
alright thanks, but.... what do i need to do to make my y8 manifold work on my d15b2?
i just posted it right above..... D16A6 ECU, Disty, run 2 wires to the disty and 2 for the other 2 injectors and get a resistor box. not much to it...
Thank's, what year of civic has a d16a6 in it? and disty? distributor? and get a a6 resistor box or a y8 resistor box?

thank you

88-91 Civic/CRX Si had the A6 in it. yes disty = distributor...get that and the resistor box off of the same car if you can, if not the HF one will work. all else fails i know some years of accords had the resistor box in em, or you can use a DSM one.
what year of accord's can i use a resistor box off of? and and dsm one? it doesnt matter if it's like a 1g or 2g tallon? or eclipse?
