I am a short little old guy and the steering wheel is too high. I can raise the seat which would help. Might be able to lower the column.

Is there a tilt column easily bolted in?

Si and Dx had tilt (at least all the dx I have ever seen). It doesn't move much but every lit bit helps.

Thanks for the info. I suspect any 1988 -1991 tilt column would bolt in. Anyone know if that is correct?.

Maybe the plastic surround is different. Anyone know?

Yes the exposed plastic shroud parts between the cluster and the steering wheel are different.

"any 1988 - 1991 tilt column would bolt in"... maybe, maybe not. CRX and Civic hatch *should* be compatible, but don't assume wagon or sedan columns will fit in your CRX. Personally, I don't know. They might, but do your research first is all I'm saying.
