Whats up guys,
I'm in the market for a new valve train cam, lifters, springs, the whole nine yards and there are so many to choose from i was hoping to get some feed back from you guys. i have a 97 civic ex coupe with a jdm d15b vtec, complete msd ignition, header, intake, exhaust, and exedy stage one clutch. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Talk to Bisi from Bisimoto.com He's got great SOHC cam designs.

i say crower for everything. either that, or omni power.


but if Bisi can hook you up, he is the best at SOHCs

I know everyone talks about the Stage 2's. And they are excelent cams. I prefer the cam designs from Bisimoto. They are great cams and have the most usable power I have seen. Besides , Bisi has been doing this N/A SOHC thing for over 10 years.

These are two from Bisimoto.com that I just found for the D series vtec.

Level 1, regrind: 0.390/0.410 (230/230)

Level 2, regrind: 0.430/0.440 (248/247)

Those are some nice N/A grinds espacially the Lvl.2 i think it will work good with the D-series cause of it's high duration...
First of tell us your plans so we could advice you to choose the best camshaft for the future ;)

The one I am getting will be pretty big for the street. But I only live a mile from my shop. And I dont plan on driving it everyday.

Mine will be fine. I have carbs. Wouldnt want it in an Fi motor though

7800.... all day everyday
i beat the bejesus out of my car and dont have ANY problems with how it runs.. i have problems with bs stuff.. but it runs as good as any car on here
