How many miles does your Vitara build have, what size turbo, hp/torque numbers, fuel, and amount of boost you were running? What oil and weight? Remember as a daily driver will help answer my question. I am seeking the answer to find the average mileage a GOOD tuned boosted Vitara setup has lasted. I know MANY factors other than the ones I listed above really affect engine life.
I have tried googling to find my answer. Even with searching this specific site.
-Average mileage Vitara build "d-series.org"- Which only shows results from DSO. This is just one example ^

So far, a 100% stock OEM block with oem head bolts can handle what you all have posted up.

Someone post up some decent numbers or track times plus mileage!!

Turbo and PSI:Hx-35, 15psi, 24, now 30psi
HP/Torque: Pump 93 350hp 300ftlbs, 24psi 408hp and 350ft/lbs, now 500hp/450ft/lbs
Fuel and engine management: Ectuned, tuned by the man JD
Oil brand and weight: Rotella
Daily driven: Was DD for all those mile minus last 100miles as race car.

IF your trying to build a strong running DD that will last stay away from vitaras!

The way I used to see vitaras was, they would handle as much as the stock sleeves would hold. I DO NOT see it this way, WAYYYYY to many crack vitaras in the last 2 years locally and the forms.

Vitara motor= crank boost, make power, enjoy, POP! All in that order ahahahah
