Main bolts shipped today! That’s a relief. The other 8 I can still get through Honda so I will order those soon. No word on the head yet. I haven’t bought any other parts lately since I had to spend money on a new weed eater. I did pick up some 2K clear coat though so I will get to working on the headlights here pretty soon. Finding unmolested fenders has proven to be quite the ordeal but I’m still on the hunt. I’ll have some parts to put up for sale soon and then hopefully I can put that money right back into the car.

I just placed an order for an oil pickup, water pump o-ring/dowels/bolts, IACV gasket, and the remaining main bolts I need. Second and third stimulus checks finally received and federal tax refund finally came in so I’m ready to swipe the credit card a few more times this month.

https://flic.kr/p/2kXds9e I got rear ended today on my way home from work. If it isn’t one thing it’s another.

https://flic.kr/p/2kXeG8b My order from HondaPartsNow came in though, so I’ve got that going for me.

I also order Manley rods and ARP head studs today from Real Street and they’ve already shipped. Still on schedule to drop the block off at CNC Werx. No word from Dustin yet about the head work but patience is a virtue.

RDX goes to the body shop on Monday. $3,000 estimate to repair and I get a rental car to beat on for the week.
I just finished what I hope will be my last Honda order for awhile. Timing tensioner set, girdle dowels, block coolant drain bolt/washer, and distributor o-ring. I also bought an OEM distributor off of eBay last night and that should be here on Thursday. Rods should be in tomorrow.
Next purchase(s) will be cam, cam gear, and Bad Guys oil pump, in no particular order.

Heck yeah. Dude, your car should end up in a Honda museum. You've purchased the last remaining fasteners and parts from Honda's supply. You've gone above and beyond the call of duty sir.

I didn’t really want to buy all new stuff at first but since I started with a disassembled long block I was missing a lot of odds and ends. Gotta pay to play.
I still want to buy a few more bits of body trim so I can replace the old worn out stuff whenever the car finally goes in for paint. Luckily there is still quite a bit of stock overseas and eBay makes it pretty easy.
