So this is what happened...I'm swapping out my drums on the civ, and everything goes pretty well except a couple pins broke...so i replaced them and seemed to work great. Until I tried to brake...now i have nearly no braking power.. the brakes seemed to stiffen up great like they had just been replaced and bled properly but when i went to stop the went totally soft!!! WTF!!! its like the brakes are completely delayed....

A) move it yourself, your thread, you can move it!
B) pics of the pins not loading

What frame are we in, the 10th? 7-10 split?
What ball weight you like?
How well oiled is the lane?
How bad can I hijack this thread yet still provide help?

I dont have a cam right now and I dont know how to move the thread.... also the pins were the pins that hold in the drum shoes to the base of the drum.....

thats nothing if you break 30. as long as you replace them. are you 100% sure that they are hooked up right. did you put the bars 16,17,18 back in right and calibrate the shoes? so they are not all the way in? i hate doing drums. the only reason im doing disc's is to get rid of drums
