Hmmmm... good question... I would think:

No vacuum hose = FPR sees atmospheric pressure (which is HIGH for what it's used to seeing) = FPR regulates its max amount of fuel into the intake.

Bottom line, my guess, would be no - you wouldn't blow the engine, just make it swim. :D Someone correct me if I'm swimming upstream without a boat...

Now, what that huge vacuum leak from the disconnected hose does - well, that's another story. ;)

Why you ask? Did this happen to you or a friend? That's why you zip tie or clamp all important lines like that one...
