4 port? You only need a 3 port.

The advantage of running a 4 port is that you can have a wider range of boost settings.

eg.. 5psi spring with a max boost of 30psi (aprox)

Where as with a 3 port usually you can only double your wastegate spring pressure. eg 15psi spring with 30psi boost.

So with a 4 port it means you have have boost low enough in low gears to still maintain traction and high enough in top gears to still get your power potential.

The normal Mac valve Hondata rebadges as their own is a 3 port valve that can hold 2 sets of 5 boost settings(5 low/5 high) and can hold 4 times the pressure of the lowest setting.
