Hmm. Haven’t heard of it. The screenshot of the software looks decent. Hard to really make a judgement though without knowing all of the features.

Sounds like this guy either wrote his own software, copied someone else’s, or a combination of both.

If it was a $20 one-time fee I’d give it a whirl but $220 seems like too big of a risk when there are other proven solutions out there.

https://github.com/bouletmarc/BMTune

free version says realtime works if you have a moats demon.

I don't really like his offers to crack other software for a fee.

Looks like Hondata reskinned.
a little of column a, a little of column b

This is a reskin/ tweak of Calvin Baanks ectune. The kid that did it is Marc Boulet.
It's a legit tuning option. So legit that hondata copied Calvin's work. Not sure I'd pay $200 for it though, I get the feeling there won't much support.

I wonder what Moates tech support person has to say about this. You know, the same person Hondata sued....

He was a member here as well.

FYI whomever does not know; I being an official rep for eCtune (Calvin) and HTS (hondatuningsuite):

BMTune is stolen software. If you will note; it is still using HTS's ASM compiler; and there are still 3 HTS watermarks imbedded in the code he stole;
Not to mention Hondata's ROM code as well. (Hint hondata, this guy actually is stealing). We can provide many historical copies of his software; that contain HTS all over the place in the app; yet "FartBullet" as I call him; he claims HTS stole his source. We stole it soo much we had HTS imbedded everywhere in his copies of BMTune since day one.

He recently "removed parts of his app that were causing false detections for viruses"; only to make his app download/sideload them upon running; instead of having them packed in the app as before. Tsk Tsk. He originally sold hardware/software keys for eCtune after having a hacking forum break it for him; then he has been doing this crap non-stop; profiting off of people not knowing any better.

What he is selling in "BMTune":
HTS offers for free..... so... keep that in mind on top of all that.
BMTune will NEVER have OBD2 functionality that works (cause its all server-side for the most part in HTS), and all of the OBD1 HTS stuff for the current and previous rom(s); will stay free.

Lol, this is so great I made an account just to reply.

I bought his engine simulator recently and its a pathetic knockoff of Xenocron's old simulator. If it wasn't obvious enough since he didn't even change the PCB layout besides slapping his name on it, it has the same timing issues as the Xenocron did... being that they are completely wrong. At high RPM the pulse width of the CYL grows very large and at the wrong intervals, so I had to resort to hooking up a distributor to a sewing machine to use the damn thing. Interestingly the ECU is completely happy with these bad signals, but for what I needed to do it would not work.

Send me a PM if you wanna see some convos I had with him about that... it gets worse
