Hi,

I can buy a Bisi lvl 2 cam for a nice price.
I know it isn't really made for a turbo setup, here's the original description:
Level 2: Street/strip duty, mild idle lope, good for strokers.

Some specs:
0.420" valve lift on the intake and exh; 246 deg duration on intake and 225 deg exhaust at 0.040"

Is this possible(in the way of:effective) for a D16T.

I know some people would say:
Buy a 1.2 or 2.4

thanks,

Justin

I rocked one on my boosted D. it works fine. I never did get a chance to test the 2 back to back (stock vs bisi stage 2) though to see the gains.

I think it will make similar power compared to many "turbo" cams, just at the cost of spool and power in the lower RPM.

If anything the lvl 2 will make more power up top.
Typically turbo cams have less duration and overlap to help with spool. This is why the stock cam works well with a turbo.

Haha,
I wasn't accurate at that moment,

but the 1.2 is back to the real owner.

Now I'm thinking about the lvl 2
Good deal lol And are you saying you havent bought it yet? If not jump off the bi$i bandwagon and ck out Delta Cams Bi$$$i clones ;-)
