I have search alot but I see a hope different numbers.

It's a daily drive stock z6 engine with a gt2860rs turbo on 7,5 psi.
What is the best spark plug I can get? And I need gab it to 22-25 thousand?

Sorry for my bad English.

Sander.

i would go ahead and recommend BKR7E plugs as well. NGK part number 4644.

they are 2 steps colder than stock, and also have an ISO projected tip, which is less aggressive than the projected tip on the stock plug.

ive always ran bkr8eix
just a personal pref down fall is that they are $7 per plug
and like stated above run a gap large enough to where it doesnt break up. if it does start popping a bit up top close the gap. my last setup that gap was at 20thous but was at a pretty high boost number

i dont think he does as i had a d15 running 12psi out of a pulsar sr20 t28 that flowed more than the standard sr20 gt28.....ran fine till i spun the bearing
