not entirely true, our motor suppliers are our motor suppliers for a reason.

for being honest and upholding their advertised product.

their customer service being up and above competitors.

their actual product being sold, and the quality of said product.

Any local (reputable) factory importer. That way if something does ever go wrong, you wont have to worry them not returning a call or email, just go your ass up there. Va, Md, and De guys like to use NoyanUSA.com

does your state have emmision laws? if it does and they're serious about it might wanna rebuild the d15b7.

if not the sohc zc is a nice cheap replacement they have the more aggresive cam then the a6 cam and since its a 1.6 parts are easier to swap.

if i were you i'd go hmotors i ordered my engine from somewhere else and it came thrashed! it runs good but it looked ugly where hmotors engines look damn near brand new inside and out.

i'd prefer a chipped p06 d15b7 ecu since its obd1

im sure you can disable the vtec in your p28 ecu once its chipped and use that but you'll need to tune for that engine anyways since it has the more agressive cam unless you can find the jdm ecu that goes with it.

theres also the jdm d15b vtec it'll make a little more power and your p28 will work untill you can switch to p08 maps. vtec's also tend to get better mpg
