what kind of car do you have..year/motor?
a very cheap setup would be
an hf manifold
adapter plate
dsm turbo
dsm 450cc injectors
chipped ecu
dsm sidemount intercooler
dsm or ebay chinese bov

probably around a ~$500 setup
cant get much cheaper than that.
do a bit more research in either the stickies, or even HMT has a section full of budget builds that have worked very nicely.

honestly that shit is not going to happen for 500, unless you find someone that knows exactly what all goes into a kit to help to plan it out all the parts your going to need exactly, then wait for super deals.

all the small misc. parts are going to kill you. esp. if you want a front mount. hell front mount and piping will run you $125=150. hopefully you can get couplers with it. for 500 you looking at a really shit setup if at possible.

And this matters how? 210HP is reasonable, but why more than 10PSI? Depending on the turbo you use you might not need 10 PSI to make 220 to the wheels.

i disagree,
i had such a turbo kit and i know from experience that you can build one for that cheap.
look heres a bit of looking around for an example.

an hf manifold$45http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HF-CIVIC-TURBO-MANIFOLD-CIVIC-CX_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33632QQihZ013QQitemZ230168955602QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

adapter plate $45http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DSM-T25-to-Honda-CRX-HF-Manifold-Turbo-Adapter-flange_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33742QQihZ002QQitemZ120155444817QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWD1V

dsm turbo, dsm sidemount intercooler,
dsm or ebay chinese bov$80 for all 3http://www.forumshawaii.net/vbb/showthread.php?p=3569597

dsm 450cc injectors $40http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DSM-BLUE-TOP-450-CC-INJECTORS_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33554QQihZ011QQitemZ320153939483QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

chipping your ecu shouldnt cost much more than $100, local guy does it for $110
do it for yourself is even cheaper

all my intercooler piping cost me a whole $40 from a ma and pahs muffler shop

TOTAL
$360

oil pan gasket after you take down the pan
oil
oil line kit
gauges
downpipe
chip burner, or pay someone to tune it
couplers
vacuum lines and T's
jb weld
filter for the turbo.
exhaust
etc.

Like the old saying goes...

Cheap...Fast...Reliable... you can only pick 2.

you gotta pay to play man. just take your time and save your money for a decent hmt setup. you can still find good deals on good parts, you just have to be patient.

Ive only got $750 into mine so far and thats for a CCFab tubular manifold, cca front mount intercooler, garrett t3/t4 54 trim, and an ebay wastegate and bov.

Ill be happy if im under $1500 by the time everything is said and done and tuned.

sometimes cheap can mean being educated or not paying for namebrand shit.

but yeah 1000-1500 completely tuned yourself. is more realistic.

so should i boost or na?
it all depends on what you want out of the car... its going to cost you alot more to stay n/a and actually make any power.

Just take your time, look for deals and boost it. you can make 200whp+ on a stock motor for around $1500 or less.

for your goal of 210 hp you could go either way, but you will spend less to get there if you go turbo. Plus it's going to be a lot easier to make more power later on if you want to.
