I've seen a battery relocation kit from password jdm for a 88-91 civic that mounts the battery lower in the bay.
Has any company made a knockoff of this priced lower.

I'm not really concerned with having the brand name, especially when it's cramed in the bottom of my engine bay mostly out of site.

how did you bolt that holder up?
i used these thing that 4door gave me its like a rubber cylender like 1/2 inch with a nut in the rubber on the end so it squishes and holds it in

but a drill and tap or self tapping screws would work

well i ordered a 680 and a battery holder..

still thinking on what the easiest way to mount it will be.. I guess taping it will work the best

what gauge wire is recommended for the ground and positive wire?

with amps 4+ awg and 8 awg for stater and alt and upgrade all grounds
just running a motor 10-8awg bigger grounds wont hurt
if your doing what i did just replace the wire to the starter 6 inches, and the wire to the fuse box/ alt 1.5 feet they are 10 awg stock so thats fine but i upgraded both to 6 or 8

On my EF the wire from the battery to the fuse box goes in which slot
If you are going to bump all these old thread to get an answer, when a simple search for a wire diagram can show you (or even by just looking at pictures on google of stock cars) then no one will help you.
