They have 3 models and i need a shifter, please don't start a short shifter sucks thread Any advice on the 3? i kinda want the race anyone advise against it?

man...i put a short shifter in my gfs 91 si turbo and i got the red ureathane bushings also and it worked mint!!

the only down fall was it is a bit tougher to move the gears but u get used to it....
buy the race one for sure

Just installed a B&M SS, pretty sure it is the race model. Little notchy when you first set it up but breaks in great after a couple weeks. Everything else feels like crap after you get used to it.

your right, every time i get out of hand and shift hard it will grind 3rd, now if i shift the way your suppose to, its so nice.its actually kindve retarded to shift hard.you get nothing out of it.ive been killing that bad habit.
