You could use the search bar. That was what i was told...
Anyways, the swap was easy.
Here is the list:
Starter for manual
Flywheel for manual
Clutch and pressure plate
Manual Transmission
clutch pedal assembly only
Clutch Master cylinder
Clutch lines
Manual "stiffing/transmission" bracket. (auto one works, one hole wont line up though)
Rear mount (you need the bracket that attaches to the manual transmission, the rubber to the frame is the same)
Transmission side mount
back-up switch
Slave cylinder
shift linkage
shiftier
manual ecu (00 you want the OBD II B) (this is not necessary if you don't mind a check engine light and a flashing drive light) (however the car will not pass a plug-in inspection such as NYS)

if you would like to have your reverse light and neutral lights come on you can follow my wiring forum:

I think this is a complete list. if you are mechanically inclined it will take about 30 hours with 2 people if this is the first time for you both.
Little advice if you do it yourself, pull the motor out the top. its a tight squeeze and you need to remove all the mounts and the ac, but it comes... eventually...
The manual transmission is about 3 inches shorter and fits in nicely.
