Anyone using knock off twin loop mufflers?

I wanna know how good some of these knock off twin loop mufflers are. I'd really like to know how the no name eBay ones sound and look. But OBX and SNL reviews are good too. I wanna see pics if you have them, video's or sound clips so I can listen to them, and give your overall review of them...does it keep it's shine? How does it sound? Does it fit good? Stuff like that. Thanks guys!

I wish I could... I have to stick with Oem like mufflers to avoid being pulled over by cops.

wtf? can't even get away w/ performance mufflers over there? I'd say your front end would draw more attention and a muffler...
ive heard good things about them. there was a thread on HT the other day, couple guys pulled 300+ from them :TU:
i bought one that said that it was an mugen style twin loop. The welds look good. i have not put it on yet, so i cant say how it sounds. it was also one of the cheapest twin loops, $65 including shipping.

That one does not look too bad. Looks pretty decent. One thing with the eBay mufflers is the baffling is shit in them.
I know where a true mugen twin loop exhaust is for sale for a eg hatch :)
i bought the obx twin loop on ebay because i thought it looked better than the cheaper one. i dont think it is that great. the loop has to go under the muffler so it hangs kind of low. the welds are starting to rust and there are some rust spots on the muffler. it is quiet, but i dont think the quality is so hot.

The front is ok... They hunt shiny mufflers... many guys paint their muffler flat black...

ok here's the skinny. I stayed away from the obx because I didn't like the looks of it, it just looked too much like it was replicating the Mugen....and it didn't do a very good job. I'm on my second one and I have soem advise. They're great mufflers for the price, but you'll want to brace them with a peice of simple strap metal from the body of the muffler to the inlet pipe, as the back metal of the muffler is slightly weak and broke on my first muffler in my del sol. Also, I'll want to hack off that horrible tip they put on it. It sticks WAY out of the car and looks just hideous. For $5 you can get a slant tip or something similar from Oreilly of Autozone.
pics for reference.

AND here's a video. I'm using photobucket and have never posted a video before, so here goes. Forgive the bad launch, I wan't trying to spin the tires. and this is with the cat in, it sounds so much better than with a test pipe.

does it have a deep sound? My Greddy sounds like shit in my opinion, and I'm looking for a new exhaust. Plus my stock exhaust on my CRX is falling off. :(
listen to the video. I think so. and at idle it sounds MEAN :)
i still dont have mine put on yet, but i plan on cutting off the 4'' tip. its just to big, and will scream "officer, please pull me over!" 2.5'' tip is plenty big for a hatchback
Dang Vtec just kicked in YO! That sounds nice, i like how it says if you dont brace here it will break. Anyway im gonna get one.
