alright,so i got my d16z6 done finally (11:1 cr srp pistons, stage 2 zex cam, ported, valves, springs, yatta yatta....) so its got all the goods. Ill be postin some pics soon of the whole project but right now ive got the motor pretty much broken in and im in need of some engine management that i could run with nitrous. So now with the problem, I had some stuff saved in my favorites as to where to get the stuff to load the maps and everything and somehow i guess someone deleted all my stuff. so im curious now what im gonna need and where to get it. Ive been recommended crome but i just need to know what i need to chip my ecu, load maps, and all that stuff....
I just need a basic setup for a good all motor/nitrous engine management.
Already checked some pgmfi.org but id just like to get some replys on where to start and where to get it...
i say get download crome on pgmfi.org. get an ostrich and a wideband, download some datalogging software or get crome pro. get a knock light and tune away.

MSD knock alert is the best.. u have to get the right thread pitch piece from home depot and weld it on but it works...
go to xenocron.com and u need, besides a laptop:
-a chip burner (burn1 is the name)
-Chips (i like the 27SF512, some like the atmel chips but i think they r discontinued)
-A socketed ECU for Vtec or nonVtec for u Vtec
-Fo Sho A Datalogging cable (USB not Serial, Personal Preference)
A WB02 (WideBand 02 sensor) (i like NoLimitMotorSports.com)
-PLX M300 WB02
and then u need to go to Uberdata.PGMFI.org or TuneWithCrome.com and download uber or crome... personally i like uber... feels like it comes complete when u download it and with crome u have to download plugins... then go to moates.net and download these programs... ill just post the links...
