I think I have the calculations to do that... let me see for you.

EDIT:

d15b2 is 1493 CC's

1 CC = 0.0610237441 CU Inch

1493 * 0.0610237441 = 91.1084499413 cubic inches

(CID*RPM)/3456=CFM

Max RPM appears to be 6800

so:
(91.1084499413*6800)/3456= 179.26431CFM at 100% volumetric efficiency

Real world engines are between 80%-90% volumetric efficiency

so:
179.26431 * 85% = 152.3746635 CFM


152.3746635 CFM is what your motor uses at 6800 RPM.
