hi all, ok so i swapped an obd2a y8 into my 99hx but i think i ended up buying the engine harness off a obd2a ex sedan, so there’s no second o2 connector on the harness, as the obd2a sedans i believe had the second connector where they put them all later, under the body.

so before i wire in a new connector, i’m just curious if anyone knows if honda left the second connector(for production cost reasons) tucked under the center console or anything on the 99-00hx’s

any info is much appreciated as id rather not pin the new sensor or have to buy a whole obd2a ex engine harness

have you checked out the differences between OBD2a and OBD2b as far as ecu pinouts?

Also worth checking out that chassis connector plug that is near the ecu.

OBD2b (99-00) ex is the one that does not have the second O2 on engine harness
