So my tranny shifts like cutting butter so smooth doesn't grind when shifting but when let off gas and slow down not pushing In clutch it makes like a hum/grinding noise. Any ideas? Doesn't make any noise when I'm accelerating just decelerating

While you are coasting in gear and it is humming, push the clutch in.

If the noise goes away, most likely it is the throwout bearing or pilot bearing. Just most common.

It can also be an indicator of the transmission being low on fluid. Park on a level surface, remove the fill plug on teh side, and stick your finger in the hole. Fluid should be right at the threads.
