95 Honda Civic D15B7 (Timing Belt Question)

If anyone can plz answer my question that would be great. So i took my 95 civic to my mechanic to do the timing belt and ever since he gave it back my car literally has no power now and when i push the gas in like it wont accelerate. I believe my timing is off. Now obvi im not going back to him and ive only driven the car like this a couple times, im not gonna drive it like this anymore. For the few times that ive driven it like this, did this do major damge to my engine ? I didnt really know until i researched this and learned that driving with the timing off can result in engine damage. Plz someone answer my question ! Also no CEL codes are being thrown, I have replaced distributor, spark plugs, ignitioin wires, tps sensor, still havent changed oxygen sensor. If any questions for me feel free to ask would appreciate the help thank you.

I'd check the timing, with a light and bridge the jumper, search the site if you don't know how to. It could also be mechanical timing, you'll have to pull covers and manually rotate the engine to check the markings, again search above.
"I only drove it a little" doesn't matter, if the mechanical timing is off enough it can bend valves on the first startup.

Damn forreal ?! Would this do significant damage im gonna have to take it to a shop close by me but im gonna have to drive the car there. Drives fine once im in 3rd gear and up just stutters on first and second gear. Wont be driving it for a while now tho.
You've already driven it, I'd keep the rpms low if you're going to be driving it. It could be something simple

If you had a shop do the work, simply be a man and call them up. Explain hwo the car feels, be polite, and allow them the opportunity to fix their fuck up, if it exists.

These are old cars, so it is still possible something else gave up, or is a simple adjustment. If someone did valve lash on a stretched out timing belt, the lash is now off again.
