Hey all, I am new to this site, but not new to Hondas. I have a question. I have a 95 EJ1 with 99,525 miles on it. I want to boost. My goal is around 200whp, I just want a quicker daily driver. I read the FAQ and realize 200whp is fine for a stock d16z6. But my question is, since I have alot of miles on it, should I at least do some work to the block? I want this car to be very reliable, and I want to do this turbo setup and then not have to touch the internals for the next 3 yrs. Any input is appreciated.

I have 180,000 on my 94 ej1 on bone stock internals running 8 psi on a greddy kit with no problems. At 99,000 you won't have anything to worry about. It's just getting broke in good

but how long can a stock motor be able to handle that 200whp? I dont want to have to take the engine apart for at least 3 yrs or so. i dont want any major problems.
