hey guys my DD is a 92 hatch d15...runs great..my friend has a 94 ex that hit a deer and is totaled so i pulled the trans and am planning on putting it in my hatch since it has better gearing...i tore it down in my trans class i am taking in school and it looks great inside..no wear and the syncros even look good...i am on a budget and the rebuild kit from transtar is $180...

is there anywhere to get a rebuild kit cheaper? since all bearings are good can i just replace the syncros for good measure?

who sells just syncros?

anything else i should do while i have it apart?

sorry this is so long but i appreciate any help!!!

no need to replace the brass.

New ISB and 4 seals, inspect the shifter forks pads, stake in the CSB, done!

$60 in parts from Honda, my labor is normally $60 to do the work or about two hours.
