I have fuel, and spark. When I first got this car the cam was out and the distributor was seized. I bought new distributor and installed cam. I set valve lash and timing to its correct measurements.

that wire is just for the power door locks

Is it turning over at all?
Have you checked all the grounds?

Yea it turns over fine. The cam and crank move so it's not the timing belt. It has a ground from negative post to body, ground from block to body and from cylinder head to body. So I assume the grounds are good unless it needs another ground somewhere.
