ok my alt is pushing 45 amps & its supposed to pushin 60 amps. I have a new alt getting ready to be put on but idk if it has anything to do with my problems or not.
I have an 89 civic hatch dx & I fired my gauges so I got 90 civic hatch gauges. Replaced the bad plug & depinned & repinned the wiring to match the wiring on the 90 plugs. Im pretty sure i did this right because I had a 89 plug diagrahm & a 90 plug diagrahm to match everything up. My problem is when I turn my turn signal on my temg gauge needle fluctuates with the turn signal. When i push the brake my temp needle goe up & if i push the gas itll fluctuate or goe straight up?
all my lights on my gauges light up & go off like they are supposed to when u turn the key over.
Any possible help would be appreciated

Mine is doing that too... check your sesnor under your dizzy. It should be a small plug right under it. That I believe is the wire for the temp gauge.
