i was wondering if a 66mm tb too big for my z6. im using my stock mani which the runners have been ported and also portmatched to fit the tb. i havent installed it yet though. im thinking of doing it during this week .

The problem will that it big, not because of too much air but to little pressure. If you have a big intake like HKS 200 SPF or Blitz Sonic it should be okay but watch the Air/Fuel.

You should probably get larger injectors (cc).

Unless you have higher compression or an aftermarket cam, then 66mm is probably too big. Should also be fine with stock injectors (depending on other mods).

Agreed, could be too big with no other mods, and you'd also want to port match the IM. Stock injectors will flow fine for any set-up that is anywhere near stock.
