Making Brown rice and the meat takes more than 5 minutes but after that's done you can have a burrito in 5 minutes or less whenever you want until its gone :D

1. Make Brown Rice or White if ya want (Brown is healthier though;))

2. Cook ground Chicken or whatever meat you want. Then, mix cans of drained pinto/black beans in and smash it up a little with a fork (Add some water if it's too dry)

3. Add to the bean/meat mixture to taste: cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper

Done with the prep!

Anytime you want a burrito, go to fridge and take out your Rice, the Bean/Meat mixture, along with sour cream, salsa, and cheese if you want.

I arrange it like this

Then mix together (I like to have a fresh squeeze of lime here too!)

Then roll it up
(Thats me :D )

And microwave for 1 minute

Yum!! Thanks for reading!! You could warm it up in a covered pan for like 5-7 minutes alternatively

What spices do you like?

I like to use Cumin, paprika, red pepper (ground or flaked), black pepper, fresh garlic & fresh thyme in my Latin American type meals
