After searching for a while I sadly couldn't find any consistent results, everyone seems to say something different.

I got a 1994 Del Sol with the D16Z6 engine in it and I want to put in a different 200/400 cell cat.
I don't know what size the cat is that I currently have, but I measured it (not in a decent way) and it got 61mm.
I've seem some cats that are 63.5mm diameter at the ends to weld the flanges onto, but I dont know if thats too big.

The heat shield of the original cat will be reused so that it still looks OEM.

Anyone know this?

are you talking about the diameter of the pipe ends to be welded to the existing exhaust?

pretty sure they were all roughly the same size, didnt depend on the country...

Is your exhaust stock?

If so, 61mm seems rather large for stock. 62mm is 2.5", definitely not stock.

It was a poor measurement, it was halfway through the flange. So my guess is that its 57mm (2.25")?

Edit: I have a header, stock cat, stock middle muffler and magnaflow rear silencer. Middle muffler has to be stock to pass the soundcheck in my country
