Was it already OBD1 converted? If so, what ecu or tune was running it?

Take it to an H series forum
they would end up bashing him cause he doesn't have a prelude...

op we need actual details about the car ,wiring , ..did you do it or buy it swapped.

where did you get the p28 who chipped it .
did the h22 ever run in this car ?what ecu /wiring.

have you done any testing or diagnosing at all?

couldn't be any vague 'er about fuel pump cuts out.??

does cel come on and pump prime like normal when koeo?

Yes I bought the car already swapped I didn't do the wiring somebody else to do wiring the previous owner did that prior to me buying it car runs and drives right now with a p72 ECU in it but it doesn't crack VTEC and when I put the chipped p28 ECU which was tuned by Rich tuned from Seattle Washington it's the fuel pump is starting up the first time ran fine for about 30 seconds and then it shut off not turn it over in the fuel pump wasn't priming that's the issue with the car right now

Start diagnosis. Find the main relay for EFI, and start chasing voltages and signals.

Also check fuses

It's most likely ecu related maybe even corrosion 'green/bleu death ..or shittillty chipped something
since it runs on your p72 .
is the p72 obd 1 or 2?

ooohhhh, good catch, might be an OBD2a or OBD2b to OBD0 adapter.

That would explain a few things
