are the 01 and 03 civic taillights the same for sedans ?

but are they interchangable, i like the look of the newer clear red tails over the factory 01 tails, i was considering swapping mine out.

also is the rear bumper interchangable, i assume so, but the whole 03-05 rear end just look much better

(tail lights) Then I would say yes being that the trunk and quarter panels are the same for 01-05
(bumper) I would also say yes because the rear panel is the same for 01-05 as well

Yes the tails are interchangeable, but I want to say that an electrical clip needs to be trimmed a little. Yes the bumper is a direct swap.
