thanks bud, yea I prefer this one to the VW lip as well something about the shape matches well with the car you can get them at pick and pull for something around 15 dollars, LMK if you decide to try it out and I can give you some tips. -Adam
its all good.. i am also tapped for the raffle. lol. i will be donating again this first. i havent for a while, since the owner was being a slack ass and letting the site fuck up. since its been runing with no issues for the last two months, its time to donate.
I have the lip from a volvo wagon mid 90s ish on my hatch right now in older pics it was a DIY home depo garden trim shenanigan there is a lip thread that jeezy started with alot of info, search something along the lines of "official lip thread"
I dont know its a sleeved motor though thats the only thing that is drawing me to it. I could easily put another single in the rex and find a ej for B. But last weekend I saw some straight nasty shit crx's included and they where hooking just fine. Which will probably happen if I do it. I cant have a n/a dd to boring for me.
Now it shouldnt you should be fine just make sure that your tune is solid that is gonna be the key to making the motor last. Then save up for a built block and you will be fine for sure after that. My turner was on stock block for 3 years and he was pushing a good bit of power too. So tune tune tune
