Default Auto tranny ECU codes

So my cars been throwing CELs lately, i've reset the ECU, but it keeps coming back. The ATF is fine, but I want to get rid of the code before I take it down to the track. It's code P0700 Transmission Control System Malfunction and P0740 Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Malfuction. Any ideas? Also, kinda curious, anyone on here races at 'Racelegal' down here in San Diego? I'm working it this friday.

solenoid near upper radiator hose on the transmission is for your torque converter lock up! Check to see if it's plugged in or wires messed up... then check the solenoid itself by measuring resistance from each pin to body ground!

12-25 ohms is the specs.
