Default Whats wrong with my tranny?

So i was driving home yesturday and i hear some squeeking sound and i assume its my suspension or something. So the next morning i go to drive my car and it starts knocking 1/2 block from my house and then a couple blocks more its really loud so i turn around and go home and i realized 2nd gear is kinda fucked and harder to get into too and doesnt really work. When im idling w/o the clutch in the knocking is loud and when i put the clutch in the knocking goes away. I just got an act xtss installed and the shop put in some flywheel from Napa Auto Parts instead of machining my oem flywheel about a month ago. I checked my tranny fluid and it was full. Anyone have any ideas on whats wrong with my tranny.

throw out or pilot bearing is what it sounds like to me, especially if it goes away when you push the clutch in

I think it might of been cause by my past tranny problems that were fixed under warranty and now that i have more power ive been experiencing some intense wheelhop so thats maybe why its acting up again.
