Default Tranny problem coming?

I have a 95 Honda Civic DX 5 spd with 76,000 miles on it. I just got it but im a delivery driver so i drive 100-200 miles a day. I miss shift often but not much.
How will i know if my tranny will go out if i do it to much?

IMO, the tranny will break if you shift too hard or if you let the oil level go down too low. Otherwise, they can take a lot of abuse.

Grinding gears though is always bad...

if it starts getting hard to shift, or grinds during shifts, then you have a problem...3rd gear is usually the first to go......
