Default im have problems with my 88 si need help

i thiink the trans is close to giveing up on my crx, it has about 230k miles on it. i know the clutch is good. but what its doing is its kinda hard to get it in to the gears. and it grinds a little when ever i shift it fast.
im thinking its about to go cuz thats what my 90 crx would do before the tranny went,
can it be rebulit? is it worth it? or what other tranny would be good to swap in, i love how the gears are really close. i dont mind the gas mileage
