Default Oem tob for twin disc?

Wasn't sure if I should use the oem throw out bearing for my twin disc clutch? Its the clutchmasters one. Its making a weird noise when I let go of the clutch.... So that makes me think that it isn't the throw out bearing.

I know the CC twin setup uses a proprietary TOB and only fits the hydro trans for this reason. Can't find out much about the CM twin disc though.

Foot off peddle is not the TOB, its ISB. (or just the normal noise from a twin disk)

Funny enough, Honda did a writeup on how to do that because it is one if the most difficult things to do to...

Found out today my tob is seized... so I'm guessing that is the issue? I'm going to call clutchmasters tomorrow to see if I should be using the oem tob.

So far there is 2 issues with using this clutch with my y8 transmission.

First, the oem tob plastic sticks out too far, and presses on the pressure plate forks, so this needs machined down... I just broke it out accidentally at first then I said fuck it and broke it out the rest of the way so it would clear...

Second, the bolts holding the plates together (allen head bolts) were rubbing a bolt on the inside of the transmission... I ground it down and now it works.

Innerlocking guide bolt head needs to be clearanced, or it appears it did it itself.

I would hope you would take that to be balanced . . .
